Led the dual responsibility of the Organizational Development Function reporting to Head People Development (second line to MD) and Project Management Office (functional set-up by me and mentored by MD) and subsequently merged with Strategy function reporting to Head Strategy (second line to MD) and delivered vision critical projects directly related to the Organizational BSC objectives achievement (Example: Paybima portal launch and POSP launch, MISP business income improvement (growth %- 59%), Motor Customer Retention retained post increase in base, for PV-58% and GCV-25%, New Vehicle Penetration at 73%) and People Development (Human Resources-Example: Moved from GPTW rank 59 (2017) to GPTW Rank 10 (2019)). In both these roles I have delivered on building New Capabilities in People/Business Analytics (Example: Improving customer retention through Propensity to Renew project and Health Product Rating Rule Engine/Indexing system, Early Warning Signs, Performance Predictor) for the first time at MIBL, Change Management (Example: Implementing CRM - a change to move away from manual excel sheets, with 89% daily adoption rate higher than the MSD CRM benchmark of 60-65%). Led multiple programs for OD (Example: Awarded PCMM level 5 and CII – Significant achievement in HR excellence), HR transformation and digitization, Change Management, Succession Planning and Talent Review etc.)Nominated for the Future HR Leaders Program at Mahindra and Mahindra (one year program through Mahindra Leadership University)
