   As the Mechanical Integrity Supervisor of the Woodward Nitrogen Complex, I lead Mechanical Integrity, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control programs across the site, ensuring all mechanical assets meet or exceed regulatory and plant standards. I partner closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to drive daily QA/QC inspections, oversee material receiving and traceability, and manage fabrication, testing, and turnover documentation.My scope covers the full spectrum of critical equipment- including pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, storage tanks, valves, boilers, PRDs, mechanical components, and stationary/rotating equipment. I ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation by aligning field activities with MI requirements, supporting technical decision-making, and maintaining a strong quality culture throughout the facility.
