ABOUT SCOTT OLIVER

I have been in the real estate and lending business since 1989. I spent my first five years helping people as a Realtor. Early on, I realized the greatest strength I brought to my clients was explaining how to structure their financing, and this would be the most significant contribution I could offer for their future home ownership. Early in 1994 I decided to dedicate my career entirely to this aspect of the real estate business, and became a lender. Since that decision, I’ve been able to help over 3,500 families put together the right financing so they could have a successful home-owning experience. Along the way, I have discovered the value of having a specialized team. I have assembled a group of talented, well-educated, experienced, and caring people. Together we provide unbelievable service to our clients. We are committed to this ideal: when our clients are well informed about the lending process and the best loan options available, then we will have given them the best possible opportunity for financial success. Sharing this information is so important to me that I also teach it to other lenders across the country. I am a national coach with an elite mortgage training company known as The Core Training. The Core’s goal for its clients is the same as my personal goal for the borrowers I help here in Oregon. We strive to help them make the most of their money so they can help more people, and be in a position to make a difference in their world.
