I remember pulling my father\'s aerospace books off the shelves before I could read and staring at pictures of airplanes, helicopters, and rockets for hours on end. One of my favorite experiences to date has been cleaning P-51 Mustangs and assisting in installing parts for Pacific Fighters in Idaho Falls. Early in my college career, as I sat around dreaming of the future with friends I said,\"How cool would it be to work as a project manager in research and development for an aerospace company?\" And that\'s exactly what I did.I am a results-driven program manager with over five years of experience leading multi-million dollar avionics projects, I specialize in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. My expertise in scheduling, risk management, and agile methodologies has consistently driven measurable progress in highly technical environments. Skilled in SQL, Tableau, and Lean principles, I am passionate about combining strategic planning with hands-on leadership to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations in the aerospace industry.
