Work directly with CEO on the expansion and development of multiple businesses across the Spring Berry Enterprise while providing a wide range of administrative and executive support. • Plan, coordinate, and manage virtual employees for the on-time and on-budget successful completion of e-commerce projects. • Identify and analyze any potential project risk and develop effective mitigation plans to eliminate or minimize risk. • Create & execute SOPs and checklists for integration process to maximize outcomes and consistency. • Collaborate with cross-functional team members/system owners and department leaders to accomplish required tasks for company growth. • Report project status on a regular basis to Operations and Project Management team. • Develop and identify risks and opportunities for all operations scope with the ability to quantify and provide resolution. • Support and generate proposal documentation as needed to foster new partnerships.
