Understand Advarra’s business model and objectives and contribute to the development/implementation of both business and HR strategies that align with those objectives Drive informed decision making through the use of data to identify trends, determine root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions Partner with HR function area leaders to ensure superior organization support Work effectively with peers and other members of the HR team to successfully drive company-wide programs and initiatives including performance management, salary administration, workforce planning, organizational and talent reviews, and change management Implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provide group and 1-on-1 coaching leadership and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, problem solving and performance management Assist with employee communication initiatives within Advarra and provide advice on performance and other employee related issues Partner in implementing succession planning, career management, and performance management; ensuring that the reward structures truly reward and recognize high performance as well as innovation and creativity; and ensuring implementation of key processes and capabilities to support learning and growth for the organization Develop human resources program and processes to identify and address competency, knowledge, and talent gaps through needs analysis as well as identifying trends Areas of activity will include talent management through proper succession planning programs for leadership positions, training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge, understanding of the business, and the industry Continually assesses the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs
