I engage colleagues across the Zellis Group on themes aligned to our Sustainability and Impact strategy. My role focuses on increasing awareness, enabling participation and supporting colleagues to take practical action.Key responsibilities and achievements include:• Developing and delivering colleague engagement content that supports our Sustainability and Impact priorities.• Launching four new colleague led networks across the Zellis Group geographies, each aligned to the refreshed Sustainability and Impact pillars, and supporting our well-established ones.• Designing and implementing the Group’s first volunteering programme, creating opportunities for colleagues to contribute to their local communities.• Hosting regular colleague learning and awareness sessions aligned with key international awareness campaigns to improve understanding of key topics and inspire action.• Create written and spoken content aligned with our communications strategy.Recent sessions featuring both internal and external keynote speakers have included:• Black History Month• World Earth Day• Mental Health Awareness Week• Neurodiversity awareness• Menopause and hormone health
