ABOUT POPPY FRANCIS

🤩A little about me…My current role as Marketing Manager at Raptor bridges the creative and strategic sides of marketing, from social media and email to UK initiatives and brand partner projects.Having started my career specialising in social media, I’ve developed strong expertise in building communities, storytelling through content, and leveraging insights to drive engagement. From building agency social pages from the floor upwards, to working on social projects for the likes of Tinder, Captain Morgan, Jägermeister Global and more - I love creating content and developing strategies that feel undeniably authentic and unique to each brand. What fuels me most is my insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn. I thrive in fast paced, dynamic environments where I can experiment, adapt, and grow, both as a marketer and as a collaborator.Outside of the office, I’m passionate about the cultural sectors, particularly the arts, music, and fashion. As an OG ‘Drama Kid’ (and having done drama at Uni!) these industries have always, and continue to, inspire my creativity and keep me tuned into the cultural conversations that shape modern marketing, and youth audiences.
