   The Director of Design & Delivery is a hybrid role that combines hands-on UX/UI design leadership with operational execution support. This position is responsible for leading design work across client projects and internal products—creating intuitive, functional interfaces and establishing design standards and best practices throughout the organization. Beyond design, the role provides critical operational support by coordinating project execution, identifying and resolving delivery bottlenecks, and stepping in wherever needed to keep work moving forward. The Director collaborates closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively, contributes to product strategy discussions from a design and usability perspective, and helps teams across the organization deliver high-quality work on time. This isn\'t a traditional design role or operations role—it\'s both, requiring someone who can shift fluidly between leading design initiatives and solving the operational challenges that often prevent great products from shipping.
