ABOUT POORVIKA BHATIA
I am a third-year Electronics and Communication Engineering student passionate about building technology that solves real-world problems. I enjoy exploring the intersection of software, hardware, and data to create meaningful and innovative solutions.I have worked on multiple academic and personal projects across different domains. My personal project, Alzheimer’s Disease Detection using Machine Learning, allowed me to explore the complete ML workflow—from data preprocessing and model building to performance evaluation. It strengthened my interest in using AI to solve real-world healthcare challenges.For my academic IoT project, I developed a Smart Irrigation System integrated with the Blynk App, which automated agricultural watering using sensors and wireless control. This project helped me understand embedded systems, cloud platforms, and IoT-based automation.I am also building my skills in data analysis and data science, working with tools like Python, pandas, NumPy to analyze datasets, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions. I have completed projects such as netflix data analysis and uber data analysis.I also serve as a Training & Placement Cell Coordinator (Documentation Domain), where I contribute by maintaining records and supporting official documentation that helps streamline the placement process.I’m open to connecting with mentors, collaborators, and professionals who can guide or contribute to projects in AI, data science, and innovative engineering.
