About Poorva Rai
Well, I always thought I would be an administrator, and hence I started my journey of preparing and reappearing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. But, it didn\'t work out. Therefore I had to rethink my career preferences again and then began the soul-searching journey of figuring out \'what\'s next?\'. In the process, I appeared for multiple exams and applied for internship positions, but they didn\'t work either, some did. And that\'s how GGI happened to me. Getting that magical \'yes\' from GGI has been a catalyst for me. Currently, at GGI, I am a sub-committee member at the Office of Career Services - Public Policy Division. I am also an Incoming Young India Fellow at Ashoka University. I have also co-started \'UN-BOXED\', which is basically a platform for civil services aspirants to share their emotional baggage, while the platform is still in its inception stage, we aim to build a safe ecosystem for people to share their vulnerabilities so that they don\'t feel alone.
