About Poorva Chadha
When I was 13, I competed in the National Karate Championship. Not metaphorically – I faced off against the top Karate players in India. During grueling training, the thought of quitting crossed my mind countless times.(Probably more than times). Despite demanding practice, fluctuating mental and physical fatigue, and the occasional electrolyte imbalance, I kept going. That\'s who I am – once I commit, I see it through.Now, I channel that perseverance into my role as a Strategy and Alliance Lead for Reliance Securities. I don\'t have to fight Kumite with anyone anymore. but I do have to ‘fight’ for the best outcomes for our customers. Currently executing campaigns with some of the leading brokers in the country, helping me to get well-versed in planning, development, market research and negotiation.I\'m passionate about financial inclusion, and that drive led me to leverage my SEBI NISM\'s Registered Investment Advisory certification to contribute as Program Director at Finbits Foundation, to do my bit in empowering individuals through over 30 financial literacy workshops across diverse demographics in India.My leadership journey began at NMIMS, where I spearheaded social impact initiatives, empowering over 1,500 lives. Recognized for my dedication, I was appointed General Secretary (AY 2022-23) by the Dean, leading students across 35+ committees and coordinating 80+ impactful events.Can you tell?
