   Currently working at Deloitte as Senior Analyst, supporting the Instrumentation team under Marketing Excellence. Our team offers end–to-end solutions across the data-to-insights journey for Deloitte’s marketing. We influence marketing strategy and demonstrate the impact of Deloitte’s marketing efforts on the business. Through data-driven insights and advanced data visualization, we enable stakeholders to make insight-led marketing decisions and tell business impact stories. Highlights of my work are as follows: • Currently leading all Adobe Digital projects for Deloitte USI and supporting on projects related to Salesforce and Tableau. • In charge of creating Personalization experiences for visitors & analyzing their results on the Deloitte.com ecosystem using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target • Was in charge of leading and hosting Bi-weekly Effectiveness leadership calls that highlight key focus areas, pressing concerns, knowledge-sharing sessions and important leadership updates on a periodic basis • Served as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiative Ambassador for FY23 and a part of the Deloitte Employee Giving Program (DEGP) to contribute to the welfare of employees and society in FY23 • Hybrid workplace Champion (FY23)- I was part of a cross-functional community of professionals committed to developing a foundational understanding of effective hybrid work models and upskilling colleagues within their project or account teams on this topic • Purpose Ambassador (FY24)- Currently part of an opt-in community of purpose champions who actively learn and shape Deloitte\'s purpose strategy.
