With over 19 years of experience in the education and skill development sector, he has been associated with ICT Academy since its inception, driving impactful academic initiatives across the state.In his current role, he leads Academic Initiatives for Tamil Nadu, building strong industry-academia collaborations, enabling faculty development, and fostering employability skills among students. He has also been instrumental in implementing large-scale CSR projects in partnership with leading corporates, ensuring sustainable impact in the areas of education, digital empowerment, and skill development.Previously, he served as State Head – Newdelhi, where he successfully expanded ICT Academy’s presence and academic engagements in the region.Over the years, Poornaprakash has conceptualized and executed entrepreneurship programs, career seminars, HR conclaves, and large-scale student and faculty development initiatives across India. His work consistently focuses on bridging the gap between industry requirements and academic outcomes.He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Madurai Kamaraj University and an MBA in Marketing from Pondicherry University.
