Provide high volume end-to-end Payroll Services to multiple clients (30+) of ADP Canada, with client contacts spread across multiple geographic locations.• Engage with onboarding clients taking understanding of their contractual obligations and requirements to deliver services as per SLAs• Manage payroll (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly), benefits and taxation in accordance with applicable legislative requirements of CRA (Canada revenue agency), Revenue Quebec.• Manage Worker Compensation of all Provinces, including Ontario, Quebec, BC, AB, NS, Manitoba….Manage Day-2-Day Payroll Tasks:o Providing courteous responses to daily queries (received over email & phone) related to Payroll Data entry, Vacation pay-outs, Allowances, Increases, Retro-active Adjustments and Manual Adjustments of Wages.o Generation of ROEs related to Quit, Dismissal, End of Contract, Leave of Absence, Terminations.o Retro calculations of Benefits for employees related to their Positions and Compensation Changes.o Managing timekeeping with EZLabour Time & Attendance systemo Remittance of Garnishments to CRA, Remittance of RRSP as to service providers as Manulife.Manage Year-End Tasks:o Conduct full review of audit results, identifying issues and errors, and correcting data by balancing all reports.o Issuance of T4, T4A and RL-1 and generation of T4, RL-1, CNESST summaries. o Process Year-end Adjustments, Payroll Re-run reports and Year-end Balancing
