About Poonam Thakur

I am a full stack developer with 10+yrs of experience who believes that a true software engineer should primarily be a problem solver who is ready to dive in any technology required to solve the problem. My career has justified my belief in the above statement. I started my career with TCS, where I worked as a UI developer and got exposure to ExtJs, Mysql. Later, I joined a startup, where I had created cross platform apps using Ionic Framework. I was involved in the development of their cloud based ERP product. I got my hands dirty with CakePHP, JS, Mysql, D3.js for this. Worked on AWS for creating and deploying APIs using AWS S3, API Gateway, EC2. After a spending considerable amount of time in the startup, I moved to a mid-sized tech firm where I got a chance to work on Utility Bill Payments & Payment Gateway integration with Mobikwik, ATOM, PAYTM, Razorpay. I contributed to mobile app development using Flutter. Worked on the backend side as well where Phalcon framework, Mysql was the tech stack used.Spent ~3 years at another product based organisation, Community Brands India (VenturEd Solutions). Worked on a school admission system called Ravenna in collaboration with our US counterparts. Currently working at Apple.
