Currently working at a flex as a Junior Quality Engineer supporting to US(Salt lake City & Memphis)plants. Proficient in Document control, PPAP validation,calibration activities, preparation of process documents & reports as per site requirement.    Responsible for managing and tracking site documents in QDMS(Quality Document Management System) & DMS(Document Management System)Follow-up with all the stakeholders to monitor and closure as per the schedule of due dates for the documents.Review and verify project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with standard requirements.Responsible for preparation of SOP, QCL, FMEA, Control plan(GBS)and control these in DMS.Responsible to validate the level 3 PPAP, share rejection comments with supplier and get the corrected PPAP.Responsible to take the follow-up with suppliers for raised CAR, get appropriate action plan from them and get it validated by site SQE.Responsible to provide support to site for external Audits (IATF 16949 & ISO 9001).Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to process or system.Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.Create the new excel template for quality reports.Contribute to the continuous improvement of current process through KAIZEN/SGA.
