I am currently immersed in the dynamic environment at Zeni, where I contribute to the optimization of financial processes for businesses. Within Zeni, I\'ve discovered a fulfilling avenue to leverage my skills and expertise in streamlining operations and fostering financial efficiency. Prior to Zeni, I worked with one of the most amazing teams at Mezi for 5 years. Mezi, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Express, is an AI based personal travel assistant app that helps consumers plan and book trips. The Mezi app allows travelers to simply message their requests for flights, hotel or restaurant reservations, and Mezi provides recommendations and makes travel arrangements at the customer’s request. I also have a passion for designing women apparel & have hands-on experience in the fashion industry. I was also associated with Torque Lifestyle LLP as their \'Marketing Manager\' responsible for marketing strategy, new product launch, monitoring trends & selling the membership concept to HNI prospects. I also have a past experience in the \'Aviation Industry\' where I have handled international & domestic first class flight operations with consistent track record. My varied experience has enabled me to learn important aspects of client servicing, marketing, sales & business & I am keen to pursue a career in line with my strengths of excellent communication skills & relationship management.
