Nationwide Management of the Education ProgramProgram Development and Training Delivery: Design training calendars for the field team and develop IEC materials. Team support and Capacity Building: continuous training and capacity building of LSE mentors and regional team on Life Skills. Resource Development: Developing the Life skills modules and other related resources for the field team. Monitoring and Evaluation of the Program: Developing reporting tools and data collections formats for all the components. Liasoning and Collaboration: Coordinating with the team of education project across the regions and helping them with the create implementation strategy of the program for the effective implementation. Reporting: Documenting all the reports and best practices on the ground.Networking and Engagements: Networking and relationship building with government stakeholders and likeminded organization for program’s visibility and sustainability.Administrative and Operational Duties: Preparing, tracking budget, expense monitoring, support in procurement of resources.
