ABOUT POONAM BHAGAT
My journey in education began quite unexpectedly, as an English teacher who stepped into the classroom with curiosity and came out with a sense of purpose. What started as a job soon became a lifelong calling. Over the years, I’ve grown through various roles; curriculum designer, coordinator, headmistress and today, I serve as a principal. With every step, I’ve learned that education is not just about teaching subjects, but about touching lives. I believe in creating spaces where children feel safe to explore, question, and dream, and where educators are encouraged to lead with heart and vision. Leadership, to me, is about lifting others and building meaningful learning communities. This journey continues to teach me every day and I remain a student of both life and learning.
