ABOUT POOM PIPATJARASGIT

I am a Fulbright grantee to France pursuing a master’s degree in European and International Studies. My advanced studies in international relations and transatlantic issues builds upon my undergraduate education in the qualitative social sciences. In addition to specific interests in anthropology, international affairs, social issues, and Romance languages, I have also had substantial involvement in peer advising, university governance, and co-curricular engagement. My skills in administrative organization, executive support, program planning, persuasive communication, and operations management have served me well as a collaborator in both academic and arts environments, most recently at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Drawing upon my experiences in mapping out complex projects, supporting nonprofit development operations, building student-facing academic programs, crafting compelling and inclusive communications, and promoting physical and digital accessibility for all, I think creatively and inclusively to advance institutional priorities. I enjoy interacting with a wide range of constituencies and working in diverse settings. As an alumnus of the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, I hold Non-Competitive Eligibility (NCE) status for federal jobs. NCE reduces the time needed to find and hire qualified candidates by allowing a candidate to be hired outside the formal competitive job announcement process. My Fulbright Certificate of Achievement indicating Non-Competitive Eligibility is attached in the featured content section of my LinkedIn profile. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly with any questions about NCE or my professional experience. NOTE: I currently have limited access to my American cell phone number. If you need to reach me, please call or text me at my French cell phone number or email me.
