I am a B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture graduate currently pursuing my PGDM with specializations in Agribusiness Management and Human Resource Management. My agriculture background gave me a good understanding of the Agri sector, rural markets, and agribusiness environments, which adds a unique perspective to my HR approach, especially in food processing, FMCG companies- Recently, I interned at CPF (India) Pvt Ltd), where I worked on creating Power BI dashboards, handling digital operations, conducting customer feedback analysis, and supporting market research activities. This experience helped me improve my analytical thinking, data interpretation, and coordination skills, and also strengthened my interest in combining structured processes with people-focused work- Over time, I discovered that my true interest lies in Human Resource Management. I enjoy understanding people, building connections, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Through various academic presentations, group activities, and coordination roles, I’ve strengthened my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities- I’m particularly interested in Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and People Management, and I love roles that involve interacting with people and supporting organizational growth.
