ABOUT POOJA DESHMUKH

As a Research and Development Engineer and Chartered Engineer at MTC (Manufacturing Technology Centre), I apply my skills and knowledge in Product Design, FEA, and design optimization to create efficient and sustainable solutions for various engineering projects and support UK\'s R&D. I collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet or exceed the expectations and requirements of the stakeholders. I also contribute to the innovation and improvement of the R&D processes and practices at MTC, using my problem-solving, communication and project management abilities.I have a MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University, where I learned and applied advanced concepts and methods in mechanical engineering in modelling and simulation activities, such as rotor dynamic analysis, strutural and thermal analysis using insutry standards. I also have a solid background in design and analysis, as evidenced by my previous roles as a R&D Engineer at Aker Solutions and a Mechanical Engineer at Warrior Doors, where I was involved in creating and releasing design drawings, documents, and procedures for various engineering projects, using Solidworks, ANSYS and other design and drafting tools. I am a self-motivated, customer-oriented, and HSSC-conscious engineer, who is passionate about EV and vehicle engineering.
