When I first stepped into Dharti Industries as a Project Coordinator, I was eager to learn but had no idea how deadlines, client communications, and back-office management would shape my future. I handled presentations, project workflows, and team coordination, which gave me my first taste of the corporate hustle. A year later, I found myself at DEOSPI, taking on a completely different challenge—guiding students, organizing workshops, and handling admissions. It was here that I honed my people management skills and learned how to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Then came Gallagher Service Centre, where I dived into business operations and process improvement. It was the first time I understood the importance of structure, accuracy, and efficiency in corporate environments. But it was in Sattva Human Pvt. Ltd. that my journey truly transformed. I entered as a Talent Advisor, handling end-to-end recruitment for top brands in IT/Non IT such as KPMG, Deloitte, Wipro, Goldman Sachs etc. I quickly evolved, becoming the SPOC for clients, refining my negotiation and hiring strategies, and even managing on-site HR operations. Then came a pivotal moment when I ventured into a new industry: Infrastructure. I saw it as a challenge and took the lead. Stepping into the role of Acting Team Leader, I handled bulk hiring, vendor management, college collaborations, and high-profile projects for brands like Adani, TATA Hinduja Renewables and many more. It was here that I truly stepped up as a leader, managing complex recruitment pipelines and ensuring seamless hiring processes along with training of new joiners. Looking back, my journey has been a mix of learning, adaptability, and taking on challenges head-on. From handling client calls and recruitment strategies to leading hiring projects in infrastructure, every role has added depth, resilience, and expertise to my career. Along the way, I expanded my expertise beyond recruitment into HR operations, overseeing onboarding, documentation, workforce planning. I worked closely with vendors, acted as a liaison between clients and management. And this is just the beginning!
