I’m an HR Consultant & Founder – Metaphor, an HR consulting firm. I partner with organizations to help them align their people strategy with their business strategy thereby helping organizations to become more efficient, increase employee morale and improve their brand value. Having worked with both corporates as well as an HR consultant has helped me to understand various people and talent related challenges across industries and in gaining deep insight and expertise in managing the complete employee life cycle. My area of specialization entails driving key HR processes including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention, Performance Management, Talent Development, On Boarding & New hire integration, Learning and development, Assessment centre, Employee coaching and Employer Branding. During my corporate stint, I have been associated with different organizations across the spectrum like Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance, Accenture Consulting, BA Continuum Solutions & Team Lease Services. Academically, I’m a Graduate in Foods & Nutrition, Postgraduate in Human Development, and a PG diploma holder in Human Resource Management. I’m certified by Vyaktitva & DDI in using competency-based interview technique, certified in Occupational Personality Questionnaire by SHL, DISC by Thomas International and a Distinguished Assessment Expert by Aon Hewitt, which gives me insights of the infinite world of workplace dynamics and people behaviour.
