Understand and analyze client feedback received in the form of broker votes or account reviews. from Client Management team or salespersons2. Enter the BV data accurately and as provided in the BV system as per predefined rules and interpretation for each client. Follow the internal workflow processes, rules and guidelines in processing Broker Votes. Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports including Research Analyst Panel Leagues, based off the BV data in the system. Provide ongoing support to regional Research Business Managers or Research Analysts or Salespersons on queries or requests related to Broker Votes. Take ownership and deliver on ongoing or ad-hoc projects, either current or planned, related to BV process. Perform UAT to ensure any system changes or improvements are deployed accurately and efficiently.
