Market Development & Strategy- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in South Africa, Canada, and Central America- Develop and execute market entry strategies, tailored to each country’s regulatory and commercial landscape- Create and implement region-specific business development plans aligned with company objectives.2. Partner Identification & Relationship Management- Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential distributors, licensees, and marketing partners.Negotiate commercial and licensing agreements (out-licensing) and manage onboarding- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and performance tracking.3. Regulatory & Product Coordination- Liaise with the regulatory affairs team to ensure timely product registration and approval- Coordinate product dossiers, pricing documentation, and quality certifications required for target markets- Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements in each region and provide strategic input.4. Business Intelligence - Track competitive landscape, pricing trends, and market access barriers in each region.Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and explore opportunities.
