As an accomplished Project Manager with over 5+years experience in NPI as well as IT, I bring extensive expertise in successfully delivering complex projects within time and budget constraints. I have managed software development projects and system implementations. In the NPI domain, I have managed the development and launch of new products, including managing the entire product life cycle from concept to market launch. My proficiency in project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, team leadership, and process improvement has enabled me to deliver successful outcomes across diverse industries. I excel at identifying and mitigating project risks and creating contingency plans to ensure project success.
