Liaising with the tax authorities for both direct and indirect tax matters ensuing no demand or very minimal demand & review of all contracts from taxation aspect. My tenure was marked by providing strategic advice on tax implications for new and ongoing business transactions for all 90+ group companies and 200+ GST registration in India of Petronas Group. Also worked for all SEZ compliance and Dubai taxation.
