Prepare daily MIS & returns of portfolio for CEO,CFO, Directors & Portfolio Managers- Perform trade settlement of Equity shares- Perform reconciliation of bank balances and shareholdings- Generate deal files by compiling information received from the brokers and portfolio manager and sending the generated deal files to custodians for further processing- Processing of accounting entries for investments in shares & mutual funds such as dividend, interest, custodian fees, corpus, performance and management fees etc- To initiate the recovery process of expenses like performance, Management & Custody fees- Prepare workings of management & custody fees and invoices for various fees charged to clients- Ensure SEBI Compliances related to portfolio management services in monthly & quarterly basis- To send monthly reports of PMS to clients- To prepare monthly PPT presentation about the performance of Portfolio & Nifty50 for CEO, CFO & Portfolio Manager- To verify the account balance & shareholding during trade- Maintain certain percentage of bank balance by purchase & redemption of mutual funds- Prepare data of portfolio for Bloomberg & Morningstar on daily basis- To update weights of Nifty50 weights
