I’m a passionate tech educator, program leader, and entrepreneur with a strong foundation in Computer Science and Engineering. Currently pursuing an M.Tech in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani, I’m driven by a mission to make high-quality, industry-relevant tech education accessible to learners everywhere.My professional journey began as a Software Faculty at Learn-Vidya International Polytechnic, where I taught computer fundamentals and creative tools. Over time, I transitioned into roles that combined teaching, curriculum design, and leadership — including serving as a Curriculum Developer at Lend A Hand India, where I built a DBSE-accredited AI and programming curriculum for school students.At Masai School, I grew through multiple impactful roles — from Instructional Associate and Pedagogy Instructor to Program Manager – SDET Curriculum, where I led program design, delivery, and placement operations. I managed the end-to-end execution of the SDET program, achieving 100% placement across eight batches and mentoring over 140+ students into successful tech careers.Currently, I serve as the Founder & CEO of BodhAi Tech, an edtech venture focused on building accessible, career-oriented programs that prepare learners for the future of work. Alongside this, I contribute as a Mentor & Centre Experience Head – Training & Placement at AccioJob, where I guide students toward professional growth and successful placements.My leadership philosophy blends innovation, empathy, and impact — empowering learners to achieve their goals while building scalable, meaningful educational programs. Beyond my professional life, I’m a proud mother of two wonderful daughters who inspire me to lead with balance, purpose, and heart.
