As a Technical Product Manager at Juniper Networks, I am responsible for a B2B SaaS product that offers a comprehensive dashboard for customer insights, performance analysis, and seamless integration with conversational AI solutions. I manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers. I leverage my data visualization skills to create engaging and informative reports and dashboards using Tableau and SQL, and to derive data-driven insights and recommendations that inform product decisions and strategies. Before joining Juniper Networks, I worked as a Product Data Manager at VMware, where I led the development and improvement of VMware Skyline, a cloud-based recommendations tool that helps customers optimize their IT infrastructure and security. I also have extensive experience in cloud engineering, having worked at Fortinet and McAfee, where I engineered cloud-based applications using advanced front-end technologies such as JavaScript/React, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs, with a focus on creating innovative cloud security products. I am currently pursuing a Product Management Course by Duke CE, which will further enhance my skills and knowledge in product design, development, and management. I am passionate about creating impactful and user-centric products that solve real-world problems and deliver value to customers and businesses.
