   The role encompasses Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting, Controlling, and cocreating plans and providing actionable insights, with key responsibility – Brands P&L & Working Capital. • Leading the cyclical forecast and Annual Planning cycle and scenario planning; along with quarterly check-in to steer the P&L of the company and its BPU’s • Strengthen Internal controls across Marketing, sales and supply chain function.• Improve and consolidate Brands P&L – with focus on Margin improvement via Price (MRP & Intrade), Mix, Advertising and Marketing spends. • Actively steering Strategic and tactical Pricing and Marketing actions; with regular market benchmark,brand indexation and strict Marketing expenses steering though-out the year with ROI forward approach in both Classical and Online investments. • Fully responsible for New product gatekeeping. • Working closely with Supply Chain to Plan, Forecast, Manage Risk both internal and at 3P, Monthclose, report supply chain KPI’s. • Simulations of Product Costing and Cost of Supply; reporting drivers of change in cost to ensuring proactive measures toward Active margin management and risk mitigation. • Working closely with Logistics, warehousing, 3PM and Supply planners from contract management, Cost control, governance and inventory. • Identify, Partner, Target, track and Gatekeep Cost efficiency programmes across supply chain vertical. • Track and control inventory across production and distribution centre, work closely with AR and AP teams to manage and drive total working capital for the MU.
