Researched and reviewed competitors and rival money remittance products. Manage CMP Operations and ensure all CMP related processes are within defined control limits. Transaction level recon of all suspense transactions. Maintaining monthly trackers. Ensuring that vendor bills get cleared within the stipulated time. Responsible for overall production. Reporting of Metrics with 100% accuracy and integrity to senior management. Preparing monthly Dashboards to identify the misses and accomplishments. Control PAN India Drop Box clearance, banking, and recon of cheques. Coordinating with agency in ensuring smoother transition. CMP stabilization by reduction in complaints and agency visits. Highlighting errors and ensuring quick resolution from agency. Handling customer queries and quick resolution. Conducting audit of complainant drop boxes placed in SBI bank branches. Improvement in Cash Management Metrics and VIP Metrics. Analysis of incoming queries for reducing complaints. Processing of transaction level payments through partial match process on Rems one software. Designing and updating the MIS reports daily and Proactive curing of invalid payments.
