Measure outputs and iterate to ensure continuous improvement, championing new recruitment/sourcing/posting ideas, to include software tools.• Update processes or create new processes to streamline the work.• Manage Karat (3rd party service we use for our technical assessments) by partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and update assessments based on requirements for a position.
