Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & On boarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including workforce planning, interviewing, and on boarding. • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. • Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, set KPIs, and conduct performance reviews. • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and design training programs to enhance employee growth. • Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies. • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits, and incentive structures. • HR Strategy: Align HR practices with business goals to enhance productivity and retention. • Employee Engagement: Organize events, team-building activities, and wellness programs. • HR Analytics & Reporting: Track HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
