I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work with a specialisation in Human Resource Development and Management (HRDM) at Christ University. Driven by a passion for leadership, I enjoy taking on roles that enable me to create positive change and foster growth in others.In addition to my academic pursuits, I actively participate in cultural activities and currently serve as the Cultural Cohort Representative. This role allows me to engage with diverse student groups, organise inclusive events, and contribute to a vibrant campus life.Throughout my academic journey, I have developed strong skills in case management and crisis intervention, supported by both classroom learning and hands-on volunteering at MCC RSL Higher Secondary School and DKS Learning Centre.My interest in human resources and community development was enhanced during my internship at SOS Children\'s Village, where I contributed to projects focused on student growth and community engagement. As a Placement Representative, I further strengthened my organisational and interpersonal skills, learning to bridge social work principles with effective HR practices.I am eager to apply my knowledge of social work, HR experience, leadership skills, and enthusiasm for cultural activities to make a meaningful impact both on campus and beyond.
