Recruitment & Onboarding- Managing end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure smooth hiring- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.# Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling- Planning and executing employee engagement activities, including events, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives- Addressing employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and a positive work environment.# Payroll & Attendance Management- Assisting in processing payroll, including leave management, tax deductions, and salary structuring- Maintaining attendance records and ensure accurate payroll calculations- Addressing employee queries related to salary, PF, ESI, and other benefits.# Vendor & Budget Management- Handling vendor management for HR services such as recruitment portals, payroll software, training agencies, and employee benefits- Negotiating contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions- Assisting in budget planning and tracking for HR activities, including employee engagement, training, and welfare programs.# Compliance & Policy Implementation- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements- Assisting in drafting and updating HR policies, ensuring employees are informed and trained- Maintaining employee records, contracts, and necessary legal documentation.
