As an Activities Assistant at Riverstone Retirement Communities, I apply my healthcare leadership and therapeutic recreation skills to plan and deliver engaging and meaningful activities for the residents. I have a passion for improving the quality of life and well-being of older adults, and I enjoy working with a diverse and supportive team. I have over two years of work experience in the healthcare and recreation fields, including an Experiential Learning Internship at Lambton College, where I gained valuable insights into the Canadian healthcare system and developed my professional soft skills. I hold an Advanced healthcare leadership degree from Lambton College, a Bachelor’s of Physiotherapy degree from Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies, and certifications in cupping therapy and fundamental taping.
