Editorial duties:• Provide editorial feedback for courseware (lesson content, video scripts, ILT decks, and assessment and certification exams) and feature documentation (including release enablement content.• Provide documentation enhancement suggestions by triaging the Knowledge base articles created by the technical support team.• Own and deliver the What’s New document for every release.• Update and maintain the global Content and Courseware team’s knowledge base (style guides, standards, processes, and workflows).• Review, revise, and deliver new System messages and other UI strings.Scrum master duties:• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint planning, review, retrospective, standups, and so on.• Perform all PI planning tasks and present Quarterly Service Report and Final PI plans of the Content and Courseware team.• Create and maintain MIRO boards, sprints and sprint goals, JIRA filters and dashboards, and so on.
