Hi, I\'m Pooja olety, currently working in 7- eleven, in Facilities and maintenance of 7-eleven, having pursued my MBA in Finance and HR, a passionate and a diligent inquisitive to learn financial aspects of the organization and the human capital utilization. I will channel creativity, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills into everything I do and provide perfection with attention to detail with utmost effort and competent emotional intelligence, I\'ve been in diverse teams and lead them, contributed efficiently in the respective manners of problem solving, interpersonal communication and functioned as a whole. In addition, I\'m also an aficionado of words and writing articles. I like breaking down a business problem and understanding the intricacies and solving it, have solved number of case studies through these 2 years of masters and previously, practiced and learnt Macro/ Micro Economics, financial analysis, financial modelling and Microsoft office through the years and can function effectively in the prospective organization.    As part of the Strategic Operations – Maintenance team, I support the execution of capital replacement projects by bridging operations, procurement, accounting, and service partners. My responsibilities include • Building Capital Projects in Project Forum PF: Creating structured projects to enable smooth processing of Purchase Orders POs for equipment and capital asset replacements across stores.• Project Creation & Setup: Coordinated with multiple U.S. stakeholders including AFMs Area Facility Managers, RFMs Regional Facility Managers, MSS Maintenance Support Specialists, and DSPs Direct Service Providers to initiate and build capital projects.• ServiceNow Work Orders Integration: Reviewing and converting maintenance work orders from ServiceNow into capital projects in PF. • Procurement Alignment: Ensuring procurement teams have accurate project data to raise POs, facilitating vendor engagement and timely equipment replacement.• Invoice & Payment Flow: Coordinating with Direct Service Providers DSPs and TriMark to ensure their invoices submitted in iSupplier are linked to the correct POs in Oracle.• Property Accounting Support: Providing essential project details (Depreciation, Expenditure Type, DPIS milestones) to enable Property Accounting to retire old assets, record new ones, and restart the depreciation cycle.• Accounts Payable Coordination: Supporting AP teams by ensuring accurate invoice flow for timely settlement of payments to DSPs and vendors.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between Maintenance, Procurement, Property Accounting, AP, and Service Providers to streamline end-to-end capital replacement processes.• I also co-ordinate for the KPI data for the team with one of the team members.• Compiled and monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Maintenance team to measure operational efficiency, vendor performance, and project turnaround times.
