To develop strategy, execute and scale the Women Economic Empowerment vertical, within the CSR team at the Mahindra Group, I lead a project called KAABIL, conceived to provide skilling and placement support for women with an ambitious target to achieve 1Million jobs by 2026. By creating an eco-system of key collaboration and implementation partners, we have developed and launched a women\'s only digital job matching portal specially designed for, and accessible to, the target demographic to enable women to enter & remain in the work force at entry level through curated programs, aspiration mapping and community engagement, by bridging the gap between education and employment.
