I am passionate about using technology to promote academics and instrumentation/electronics, and I have a special blend of academic and scientific research experience. In last 10 years in Skill development and Vocational Education, I have skilled students in Automation and Sensors, leading to employment. I have also developed E-content for vocational education and done meaningful scientific writing.Leading cross-functional teams and creating innovative solutions are just two of the ways I have continuously produced outcomes that promote accuracy, productivity, and ground-breaking discoveries. My expertise in sensors research and development allows me to provide valuable insights and guide the implementation of Automation solutions that meet the industry\'s unique needs along with product development which equips me with the skills to drive innovation and bring ideas from concept to reality.I am a strategic thinker and problem solver that thrive at finding ways to use technology to improve operations as a director and coordinator. Work-based learning, youth employability, college-to-work transition programs, and my involvement as an expert in the development of the Qualification Framework & Guidelines for Vocational Education in Higher Education were all aspects of my vocational education career.My leadership and communication abilities are strong, in addition to my technical proficiency. I have effectively collaborated with diverse stakeholders, including researchers, Industry, and Governments, to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
