For me HR is not a job but a passion. I have 20+ years of rich HR experience in Healthcare KPO, Material Handling, Pharma, Media, IT and Trading Industry For me HR is a passion not a job. I am from a generation that self-taught computer skills, evolving from floppy disks to using Gen AI for everything. I am committed to working both smart and hard, continuously learning and upgrading my skills I am SHRM SCP certified in 2023 and freelance as a HR consultant. A comprehensive Dashboard that included employee cost, Headcount, recruitment details, statutory compliances details, Promotions, confirmations, salary increments, competency dev details, HR internal processes streamlined, HR strategic plan steps for next month, reward and recognition, new initiatives, it also contained my concerns about employees and processes. A part of this report was sent to the investors too Setting up processes that aligned with company goals and the needs of support functions such as Finance and Admin. has helped drive the growth of both BioQuest and TVH Joined BioQuest as Manager (HR), got promoted to Senior Manager (HR) in 6 months, Headed HR & Admin. Management Committee Member in BioQuest - formulated and implemented various HR strategies HR Process Mapping – created process flow charts & RACI charts in BQ, TVH and IDS. Made process improvement a part of daily HR Each HOD was given a “HOD dairy” to record, positives and negatives of team members, periodically this was reviewed casually by me, linked it to HOD’s KPI HR perceived as a Strategic Partner – loved and trusted by employees. Employee relationships are my strength, this helps make HR more effective Have always partner with Business Heads to understand their business, so that HR is tailormade to business needs
