About Pooja Menon
I\'m a fitness enthsiast and budding expert - I can\'t tell you much except that following a certain plan and a certain discipline, I have lost about 35 kilo\'s of weight. I realize today that losing weight isn\'t about going on a diet? It\'s about a certain SOP (Standard Operating Philosophy) towards a Healthy Life and Respecting yourself for who you are. I have met countless numbers of people - who claim that they are not fit because of their current physical condition or their age. Both are myths, in my opinion. If there is a will - there is certainly a way. I have just begun my journey into the fascinating world of Health and Wellness. Though they are two words they are inter-connected and deeply intertwined. If you are someone who\'s interested in Health and Wellness - it doesn\'t matter whether you are an expert or a novice - if you are health conscious then perhaps you\'d like to connect with me. The concern for youth like us is that unlike our previous generations we are growing sicker faster, obesity is like DNA to be identified with and other health related issues including low energy, low self esteem and therefore a higher rate of mental health issues - are all popping up regularly. So much so - such news doesn\'t even make the headlines! We the New Gen or the Millenials or whatever else you want to dub ourselves with - almost don\'t seem to care. My whole point is that we must. Else this entire generation - otherwise gifted with new tech, mobile communication, easy to access information and everything else that our previous generation was not even in close contact with - is going to be a disaster. We will probably be the shortest living generation of many generations, should we not pay serious heed to Our health and wellness. Connect with me. Together we can make a difference.
