My key responsibilities included: Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing: Identifying top talent sources and actively sourcing qualified candidates.Candidate Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. Coordinate interview logistics and participate in the interview process to assess candidate skills and suitability.Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate and finalize offer letters with selected candidates. Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Relationship Management: Maintain a strong relationship with the hiring managers from multiple organisations and domains to understand their specific needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment progress.Position closure Reporting: Generate reports to analyze recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
