   Part of the core management team leading the transformation of the Company from a credit card issuance company into a full-service lending organization focused on mid-market / micro customers.\\\\n- Leading the finance, compliance, secretarial, legal and investor relations functions – focusing on rebalancing the balance sheet, clearing up legacy issues and past NPAs.\\\\n- Prepared the next 7 year strategic and operational plans leading across the transformation and growth stage of the Company.\\\\n- Leading the effort for raising external capital for the company and allowing the parent bank – Bank of Baroda to monetize its stake in the Company – starting from creating the information memorandum, management discussion documents and due diligences among others.\\\\n- Mapping out existing finance, compliance, legal and secretarial processes and procedures to best practices and instituting a process oriented culture with strong internal controls.\\\\n- Leading the treasury function in setting up the Company to borrow from external markets – reducing cost of funds and fuelling growth.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
