Founded and led a design studio delivering brand identity, digital and marketing communication projects for consumer and lifestyle brands. Defined the company’s business and creative strategy, built client acquisition pipelines, and established delivery processes across branding, social content and campaign design.Owned end-to-end client engagements, from scoping and proposal development to creative direction, execution oversight and final delivery, ensuring projects were delivered on time, on brief and aligned to brand objectives.
