Human Resources and business professional with a recently completed MBA in Business Analytics from the University of East London and currently pursuing the Associate CIPD Level 5 qualification. I am focused on building a career in Human Resources, combining analytical thinking with people-focused strategies to support organizational success.I have gained hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and HR coordination through my role at Blackmont Consulting, where I manage candidate pipelines, conduct outreach, and support end-to-end recruitment processes. My experience as an HR Generalist Intern further strengthened my understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and HR systems.In addition, my role as a Team Lead Manager at Marks & Spencer has developed my leadership, people management, and team coordination skills in a fast-paced environment. My diverse background across business development, marketing, and technical roles allows me to approach HR with a well-rounded, business-oriented perspective.Currently undertaking the Associate CIPD Level 5 qualification, I am deepening my knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and people management to build a strong foundation for long-term growth in the field.I am passionate about enhancing employee experience, improving recruitment processes, and contributing to effective people strategies.
