About Pooja Gupte

Pooja currently works as a marketing specialist and is a graduate from the University of Florida with a dual degree in marketing and economics. She has experience in client management, project management, InDesign, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. She is also particularly interested in the areas of corporate marketing, branding, social media marketing, and search engine optimization. Pooja is very teamwork-oriented and is excited about any opportunity that allows her to work with a team. She also enjoys learning and taking away a lesson from every task she encounters. She is also currently a student at William & Mary, working towards her Master\'s of Marketing. She plans to dive deep into the marketing field during this program and apply her coursework in her career.

   Created customized marketing mailers for 40 different clients using InDesign software and oversaw the entire printing process from sending packaged files to the printer to approving design proofs before mailing -Utilized Salesforce to create, format, and schedule 5 emails per client to promote company services; emails were scheduled using the journey builder tool in Salesforce-Analyzed Salesforce data to determine number of successful email deliveries and opens for different clients-Built new Salesforce email templates on a variety of healthcare topics such as heart health, skeletal pain, surgery, and finding a doctor, to promote company services to potential users in a specific and targeted way
